Corporate & Partnerships
Healthier teams start with better understanding.
The way people work has changed. Long hours at a desk, reduced movement, travel and demanding schedules can all affect physical health — often gradually, and often before anyone raises it.
IDUNN by Orthoflex works with organisations that want to take their people's physical health seriously.
Our approach is the same as it is for every individual patient: understand the person first, use what is genuinely necessary, and avoid what is not.
No generic wellness packages. Programmes built around what your people actually need.
Our programmes
Office Worker Relief
Designed around the realities of the working day.
Persistent sitting, long working hours and reduced movement can contribute to discomfort — most commonly in the back, neck and shoulders. The programme combines assessment, treatment, mobility and exercise with practical guidance.

Step back. Look at the bigger picture.
Senior roles often come with the least time to think about personal health. Depending on what is clinically appropriate, the programme may bring together a wellness consultation, body composition assessment, selected testing and follow-up discussion.
Learn moreSports Clubs & Teams
Support for active teams and clubs.
Our team brings orthopaedic and sports medicine experience to clubs and academies. This may include movement and performance assessment, injury rehabilitation, return-to-sport programmes and consultant assessment where a surgical opinion is required.

Making access simpler for insured employees
IDUNN by Orthoflex works with a growing network of insurance providers and healthcare networks, including NextCare, Sacco & Sacco, Inayah, Daman, Aspire. For many organisations, this means eligible employees can access covered healthcare services — particularly physiotherapy — through their existing corporate insurance.
Coverage depends on the insurer, the specific policy, the network and any approval requirements. Preventive and wellness services are often treated differently from medically necessary treatment.

Tell us about your team
What kind of work do your people do? What are the most common concerns you hear about? What are you hoping to achieve?
We propose an appropriate approach
We suggest which programmes may fit and how they would work in practice — including where we think a lighter approach is enough.
We agree the details together
Scope, scheduling, how employees book, and how insurance is handled. Individual clinical information always remains confidential between the patient and their practitioner.
Delivery and review
Programmes run, and we review with you whether the approach is working — and adjust where it is not.
Let's start with a conversation.
Tell us about your organisation and what you would like to improve for your people. We will tell you honestly if a smaller programme, or none at all, is the more sensible starting point.
