Mobility, Sports & Performance

Unlock more of your potential.

You do not need to be injured for your body to have room to improve.

You may feel completely healthy and still have movement patterns, mobility restrictions, strength imbalances or muscles that are not contributing as effectively as they could.

Sometimes identifying one of these limitations can reveal potential you did not know was there.

At IDUNN, we look at how your body moves, how different areas work together and what your body needs to do for the activities that matter to you.

The objective is not simply to find something wrong. It is to understand what could work better.

Movement & Performance Assessment

What could your body do better?

A movement assessment can help identify limitations that may not be obvious during everyday life. A muscle may not be contributing as effectively as intended. One area of the body may compensate for another. Mobility in a particular movement may be restricted even though you experience no pain. The objective is not to search for problems in a healthy person. It is to understand how your body currently performs and identify where there may be an opportunity to improve.

Sports Physiotherapy

You don't have to wait for an injury.

Sports physiotherapy can support both recovery and performance. For an injured athlete, the objective may be to progressively return to training. For a healthy athlete, understanding movement, strength, mobility and the demands of their sport may identify opportunities to improve physical capacity and reduce avoidable limitations.

Athlete Support Programme

Recover. Develop. Perform.

The Athlete Support Programme provides a structured approach for people who take their physical performance seriously. You do not need to be injured to benefit. The programme can begin by understanding your current movement and physical capabilities before developing appropriate mobility, strength, conditioning or rehabilitation around your individual objectives.

Mobility & Movement

Freedom of movement creates possibilities.

Mobility affects how efficiently and confidently your body can perform different movements. Restrictions may be obvious, or they may exist without causing pain. The objective is not flexibility for its own sake. It is to develop the movement your body needs for the things you want it to do.

Body Conditioning

Build capacity, not just muscle.

Strength is only one part of physical performance. Your body also needs control, mobility, endurance and the capacity to tolerate the demands you place on it. Our Body Conditioning approach begins with your current capabilities and develops appropriate strength, endurance and movement work around what you want to achieve.

Return to Sport

Being pain-free is not always the same as being ready.

After an injury, returning to sport can create uncertainty. Can your body tolerate the demands of training again? Has the necessary strength returned? Our return-to-sport approach considers these demands progressively so that returning to activity is based on more than the absence of pain. The objective is not simply to get you back. It is to help you return ready.

How much potential is already there?

You do not need to wait until something hurts to understand your body better.

Whether you are an athlete, an active individual or simply someone who wants to become more physically capable, we can help you understand how you move today and identify opportunities to improve.

Your body has potential. Let's help you unlock more of it.
